Order Inspection

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete item, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of safety equipment, most items are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, we offer exchanges or replacements within 7 days of delivery for eligible cases.

Eligible Reasons for Exchange / Replacement

We will assist with an exchange or replacement if you face any of the following issues:

  • Wrong Product Delivered
  • Damaged Product Delivered (physical damage or tampering)
  • Defective Product Received (manufacturing fault)
  • Incomplete Order (missing items)

Exchange / Replacement Process

To request an exchange or replacement, please email us at adengineeringcorporation2019@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include the following:

  1. Order Number and Invoice
  2. Description of the issue with the product
  3. Clear photos (all sides of the item and packaging) and a short video showing the problem

Steps for Smooth Exchange / Replacement:

  1. Inspection – Our team will review the photos and video for quality inspection.
  2. Approval – Once approved, we will confirm the replacement product (of equal or higher value). Any price difference must be paid before dispatch.
  3. Return Shipping – Ship the original item back to us using the original packaging (if possible). We will provide the return address after approval.
  4. Dispatch of Replacement – After we receive and verify the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement product.

Important Notes:

  • Exchanges and replacements are currently available only within India.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition with intact packaging and all accessories.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the error is on our part (wrong item or defective product).
  • Safety products like nets, life jackets, and fall arresters must not have been used or installed.
